Adding spice to International Fitness Week
The importance of securing the right ambassador or celebrity to spearhead a campaign can never be underestimated and the PR team here has been capitalising on the fitness and global popularity of former Spice Girl Mel B to help promote International Fitness Week.
The awareness campaign is powered by Fitness First and the team here has secured huge levels of coverage for the gym chain and International Fitness Week.
Long lead titles had the opportunity to interview Mel about the week, back in September while newspapers, radio, television and press agencies had access to Mel just before the week got underway at the beginning of February.
